As WEAVE is a project about tangible and intangible cultural heritage and about engaging communities with these types of heritage, two additional collections aggregated by Photoconsortium were considered relevant for the project and used in editorials and/or automatic enrichments:
a collection of 427 photographs that depict the centenarian tradition of the Misteri di Trapani, a religious procession about the Passion of Christ that is still nowadays performed in Sicily;
the collection from the ECHO-II Creative Europe project, consisting of 137 images and 4 videos realized in the course of the project as an outcome of a series of artists’ contests in various European countries, where local artists were invited to reinvent local traditions in a creative way.
